Tired of owning and managing your properties, dealing with applicants, screening applicants, Writing applicatioinsk contracts, collecting rent, writing other nasty grams for violations of leases and HOA rules, doing meanial repairs, evicions, posting legal notices, demands for payment, etc., get a hold of me.
